For 12+ years, Susan has been focused on city building, placemaking and strategic alliances. She successfully re-branded Calgary’s East Village - building a powerhouse team - and transformed the neighbourhood’s image from one of the most downtrodden areas in the city to one of its most desirable real estate addresses, while attracting more than $2.5 billion of planned investment. In 2015, she initiated envisioning work for Calgary's Culture and Entertainment District.

Today that community has attracted $1Billion of investment with the BMO Centre Expansion and the new NHL arena/event centre.

 

During her career, Susan has honed her business and brand experience working with both global and large regional organizations. Her ability to craft long-term strategic vision while gaining adoption across stakeholder and partner groups is her calling card.

Today as a co-owner of honeycomb solutions, Susan is an active volunteer and community cheerleader enjoying many board and committee positions.
